STB mescaline would give you a nasty gunk as a product. The reason you can STB MHRB is that it has a really low concentration of fats and waxes. San Pedro and Peruvian Torch have a bunch of them. I don't have a preference either way, both give me about 1.5-2.5% yield and I don't notice any difference in effects. So say 1% yield to be safe means you need 40g-50g dry cactus per dose.
