Pests?

So today just fucking around in the garden happened to notice a whole fuck load of little white bastards chillin in my soil. This is my third crop and figured id try to add some organic shit into the soil knowing it would possibly give me pests but im not sure what they even are. If i can get a picture i will but the look like a tiny white spider but as far as i was told theyre supposed to be black? Maybe im wrong but i didnt see anything under the leaves or on the plant accept one that climbed the stock yes i know bad sign but plants look healthy i just dont know whether i should cut the seedlings down n try to treat them like a clone outside of soil or let it go and see what happens? Any advice would be great thanks.

Through reasearch they look and act almost like springtails which are harmless but maybe thats just me being hopefull that theyre not root aphids?

Springtails and hypoaspis miles are both common and harmless in soil. Next time you water catch some of the run off it'll make them easier to see and possibly get a pic.
