the best method would be to first measure out your water (warm is good), then mix the water at the same time as you add in the powder slowly. This way it dissolves evenly.hey fellas, if any of you use that jacks classic how you do dilute ? i mean the direction on jack s classic said you have to dilute with hot water...and whats your method to dilute with it ? just normal water will do dilute good ? any input will be great appreciate, thanks.

Peters is around, but in name only. The J.R. Peters co lost the name a few years back and it is totally different than Jack's Classic or Professional, both still made by the J.R. Peters co.peters is actually hard to find anymore. i think it is jacks classic now
Strength is a relative term. Stronger can save you money, you just have to dilute it with water moreso. However ratio's cannot be changed with simply diluting with water. From my understanding the Peter's Profession is suppose to used only for the growth stage and then use something that is not as strong for the veg stage. that's what I got from the site on everret's site. who bought the rights.
