got some new pix of my girl today, one is a comparison to my cell phone, and one pic is a closeup of one I took a few days ago to see the trichs.
I really don't want to buy a scope right now, as much as it would help determine harvesting.. so by going by the color of the hairs, I am to harvest when at least 80% of them are amber/brown/red, correct?
I can see the trichs okay with my camera, I think I will be able to notice if they are turning amber.
The other plant in the picture is just in for the winter as frost will kill it, so Petunia has a friend til I chop her down at least. I wonder if there is any way to coax her into fattening up her buds more.. she's a little over a month into flowering.
I plan to flush her soil 2 weeks before harvest, chopping her down before I turn the light on and all.. I'll be following the guide in the harvest special of high times (Nov 2007 issue). I'm open to suggestions though.
I feel I've learned a lot from growing, and in a way I am sad to know it will be ending soon but I can't wait to try out some of my homegrown sinsemilla. I wont be able to start growing again until after March, and I'm okay with that. I have trips planned and my husband has gigs to play. 2009 is looking pretty busy already.
