I have heard that if I leave some teabags to stew in a bowl for a few days that the tea made is really good for my plant? I could understand how it may act as an antioxidant but I figure I should check this before I wack a whole load of tea in my plant.

Does it upset the PH?
Used teabags make much difference? I have tried to make sure no milk comes with them though.
What is it actually do? strong roots, more yield? general health?

Anything I have missed also, which there is probably a lot of, please let me aware of.

Thank you please for your time :D
