I always grow autos and from my own personal experience 24/0 is a bit too much for SOME strains, some like it some get burnt or start to have different problems cause of too much light. I personally prefer 20/4 on autos. Never had any problems on 20/4 and the yield was no different then the ones i used 24/0 on. Just watch the plant, it will tell you if its too much or not.

All indications are leading to a root bound problem. However by the looks of it i would guess ph problems also....I know you said ph was straight but I am wondering about your watering habits? I never have powerful lights on for at least an hour after watering until it settles...I know this sounds strange but I haven't had a ph problem since!

Don't try to do too much man... Since you seem novice to growing, I always recommend that guys starting out go with a good pre-mixed soil (or coco) and some simple, well known fertilizer from fox farm for example. Then just follow directions. Sort of like learning with training wheels. As you get more experience and pick up knowledge, start worrying about organics or micro-nutrients and such... Also, I wouldn't keep my plants in anything smaller than a 3 gallon pot. If you only have a few plants, I wouldn't even worry about transplanting, just go straight in a 3 or 5gal from seed. Since becoming rootbound, and transplanting will cause unnecessary stress that'll slow your game down.

ya im starting to realize my pot actually is to small. It's 10 inch which is 3 gal. I guess i should of went twice as big. Just gonna leave them at this point and see how it goes. Theres 6 in total and 5 look healthy as possible. Could probably be bigger tho

OK cool.They appear smaller... From my experience man, you don't want them rootbound when you start flowering or you'll see a lot less production... Just stay positive and open minded and you'll see definite progress next grow. Good luck bro!
