If the plant is not in full flower then yes you can. Not sure why you want to pour water over your leaves.
Just flush with a regular dose of nutrients at a ph 5.8 and make sure you water till good run off in future.

A flush is something like 10-20 times the volume of the pot. SO you would need to flush it more. I wouldn't worry about getting it right down. Get it to mid 6s and relax. What comes out is not accurate due to the fact coco contains lots of K and will hold on to Calcium so your PH will be different. When you have it roughly where you want make sure you use nutrients on the last watering so your coco has food in it.Hey.i am flushing at the moment.
