yep, agreed. nitrogen deficient. if its only 4 weeks into flower it shouldnt be that yellow/bright green. unless its an autoflowering strain but I havent seen you mention that so. did u get a feeding chart with your nutes? Usually they tell you to feed a bit of nute that has nitrogen in it for the first few weeks of flower.. they all differ but usually there is a slow let go of the nitrogen in the schedule

If your N def is due to ph lockout you can foliar feed household ammonia at a 10:1 ratio (6.4 Tbsp/quart). I've done 4 and 6.

I had a plant suffering from acidic soil, various deficiencies appearing. I foliar fed mild nutes, ammonia, epsom salt. Anything to keep it going while I worked on the soil. Even though it lost most of its fan leaves in mid flower it produced some amazing buds. Some of the richest, smoothest smoke I've had.

So, don't give up.

Be cautious with foliar feeding in flower. You have to weigh the benefits with the risk of bud rot (and whether you can mitigate those risks by using a fan to accelerate drying). Also, keep the plant out of strong light while droplets are on the leaves, or you'll get burn marks on the leaves.

He mentioned his pH was 7.3 (most simple/accurate method is to soak a sample in a small volume of water and test that). This is a fine pH which doesn't really call for pH down and certainly not lime.

If you're using alkaline tap water, it likely is this way because it has carbonate minerals dissolved in it already, which would include calcium and magnesium.
