Ph question

Hey guys so Im gonna make the switch to H3ad formula for my plants 6ml micro 9ml bloom after current grow. I thought I’d try them out on some of my pepper plants in coco

when I make my nutes in a 55gallon drum using ro water my ph is around 4.0 before I have to adjust it
I recently calibrated my ph meter (bluelab combometer)
Still shows around 4.0 ph when I make the nutes I give it 10 minute to mix well and check still the same

Anyone using the Lucas/H3ad method have this problem as well?

my ro water comes out ph 5.0 at 0 ppm

Shit I thought you were kind of limited knowledge, what? PH rises as it cures. But it wont from a 4 oh though. but maybe it will tickle a 5.o maybe. Not the worse for mature hydro but babies, no Bueno. PPM you mix lower. shoot for 400 @ 0 PPM water you have. GH sucks at ppm. Starves your plants to keep ppm in check at older veg into flower. GH is the most mysterious grow food out there. No info except for lucas, home made lucas and gh. Working for me but the nitro in the micro concerns me heading into home base with some decent buds on board. Don't know. Peace
