Seeing the whole plant does help a lot, based on those leaves you showed at first I was expecting a much sadder looking plant.
Overall it does just look like nutrient burn to me, not heat stress. Nutrient burn usually starts at the bottom of the plant and works up, deficiencies start at the top and work down, and something like heat stress would most likely affect the entire plant.
Cut way back on all the things you have been giving her and she should be ok. It looks like you still have some time until real flowering starts. I am in mid Michigan and my outdoor plants are just showing pistols. With all the amendments you put in the soil it might not need any additional feeding for quite some time.
PPM and PH of your runoff in soil is not as useful a tool as for coco growers but keeping an eye on them never hurts.
Good luck!
