It seems to me that most of the cable channels play commercials at the same time , no matter what time it is , like 4:17 or 7:47 .
Does't seem to matter as I notice no pattern as to what time during an hour it is .

If the commercials were on at different times people would just switch channels at commercials and no one would see them.
