Damn penis...Oh and phones dont have to be on for them to be tracked.They have a low voltage cmos battery that hold sthat info at all times.Even if you pull the battery pack off the battery on the board keeps it going.T-mobile, and Cell one were first to impliment t for " emergency 911 response" say you called and then they lost you..ping they you are..Now any phone that offers GPS service has it too
