Hey RIU,
Im very interested in photography, and other than taking pictures of my cannabis, I like to take pictures of nature, and the animals living in our environment. I even like taking pictures of other beautiful flowers and trees! Well, my point in opening up this thread, was to see if anyone else on RUI was interested in having a Photography thread for everything from Photos, Marco Shots, Cameras, Sharing photos of nature and overall just chatting up and helping each other out on the community with taking photos! Now, im fairly new to RUI, so if I did something wrong, take it easy. Im just learning about photography and even still trying to figure out how to correctly use my camera! I think it would be great to have a thread like this, because so many fellow RUI users have Digital SLR cameras. I know some people will buy DSLR's just to use for taking pictures of their buds. I thiink thats great, but look at the world around you, and find out how beautiful it is.
The camera set-up I currently have is a Canon Rebel T2i 18MP with Canon 18-135mm Lense. Ive had it for about a year, and im very happy I bought it. It only cost me $800 for the camera and lense, brand new, and its a very quality DSLR for the price.
So if anyone is interested, post up your thoughts here and we will go from there.
