Phototron tips /improvments/ set up help

Hey guys, this is my second post hopefully ill get some responses this time! So i just got a tron that i traded for a bike i had. It came all set up and with a feed-a-tron. After doing research i am starting to feel disapointed
about my pick up. I know there are some succesful tron growers out there, so this post is for anyone who can share their experiences with their own Phototron (prefferably good).

I am more intrested in any modifications/tips to the Phototron that can be made to increase yield, decrease odor, increase grow rate, etc!

I heard of spraying black spray paint on the outside panels to conceal light within the box, but i am curious if anyone knows if it will melt off or anything like that. I also heard the Feed-a-tron increases your yield. Oh and also putting a light and an exaust fan at the top the fan will pool fresh air from the bottom pulling it through the leaves and such. Thats just what i THINK i know, i'm very new to growing so please -POST THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE TRONS WORK- ( I Dont know how the feed-a-tron is supposed to be configured so if someone could help with that it would be great!) Thanks guys cant wait to here your creative ideas.

ALSO can i get a list of the best set up you think goes with the tron. Just a list of the substances/feed/medium

Example: spagnem moss, limestone, supplements, water

You should have just gone with some CFL lights and maybe an HPS lamp to go along with it.

Especially for a first time grower.. sounds like you got a tad bit ahead of yourself.

well i still can i went into my neighbors yard and he had 2 huge growing lights...a timer and i think a genertor and a box isnt that hard to find and fans are easy i just dont know all the feed and special food stuff i need

ah, the nutrients your talking about are really "special". Your kinda making it harder than it really is.. which is a very common occurrence with new growers.

If you want to go all organics.. like I recently did (I can't believe the difference it really made.. its incredible!) then I would suggest you checking out 'General Organics'. They've got this great organic starter kit.. they call it the 'GO BOX'. It's got everything you'll need for growing.. as well as some extra additives/supplements for the soil and the plant itself. It's got all your nutrients for the veg cycle.. and all your nutrients for the 'flowering' cycle.. everything you'll need.. and its only like $40 or $50 bucks at the most.. IMO, its the best 'bang for your buck' so to say.

I just inherited one myself and it came with some of the basic stuff like the chemicals, timers, lights, and thermometer. I need a medium and I was just planning on getting whatever the box says and I was gonna buy the feed-A-Tron 2 but just yesterday I heard that organics are really worth it but you have to replant a lot. Organics sound good but I think for now I will go with the pump and chemicals
