Try to get a tomato cage or something around those while they are still small and bendable enough.

Those thin branches aren't going to be able to hold up the buds you are hoping to grow late into flower. Easier to get some support in there now than when they are 3 feet wide.

I have bamboo sticks and last week I started lst and supper cropping last wk and can see the results will that work thanks for input

Super cropping

No, it won't work completely. Your plants look like a heavy sativa-leaning strain or pheno.

The bamboo sticks you can tie the branches to for support, but don't expect super-cropping and LST to buff those branches up to the size they will need to support the weight. And super-cropping helps build bigger buds, so in reality, it might be even more pronounced, lol.

If you have plenty of bamboo sticks you will be fine, though. Just remember to tie 'em up early to really let the weight start packing on.
