I'm not using micronutirents. Im using fox farm nutrients...And I was going 1/2 of what it says on the bottle. I just brought the nutrients up, just because its organic nutes and most likely won't harm my plant!
I think this problem was there for a while and maybe i never noticed, it does take about 3 weeks before phosphorus starts to appear in the leaf.

This is what I'm thinking here, there is no other deficiency to explain my problem.

Ok so here is updated pictures from today, After cutting all old big fan leaves, and giving her a trim she has become this:

The problem is there are still growth that have started the freckles/curl dry leaf.........(Phosphorus) I meant!

Here is a few leaves from the cut, I hope you can see these because they are not that great! I put them in a zip lock bag and they become moist and really dark, take look!

I don't think the Fox Farm liquid nutes are fully organic (if that's what you're using). Even if they were fully organic, organic nutes CAN and WILL burn up your plants. Maybe not as easy as chemical nutes, but believe me, they will toast a plant.

DUDE, I have this SAME problem EXCEPT for the weird coloring you have going on... My leaves (as far as the drooping goes) look EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOURS!! It's my first grow and a buddy is basically mentoring me and he cant exactly put his finger on it either... I know I overwatered at first, but it seems like it just wont let go of having the droopy leaves... the stems are not drooping at all, just the leaves and mine are a little lighter at the top too... I'll be keeping an eye on this post, and will post my pics when I get home from work Good luck man!!

I'd like to help but honestly you keep assuming you've figured it out as a single, simple deficiency of phosphorous... But it makes no sense to have a simple phosphorous deficiency while in vegetative growth that's severe enough to cause leaves to die while you are using complete nutrients that have plenty of phosphorous (even if at a light dose).

I personally would either assume (like Snow Crash nicely wrote out) there is a more basic problem going on that is resulting in some elements or microelements to be unavailable to the plant. If it's due to an imbalance of elements building up in the soil and locking out other elements (like phosphorous), simply giving them stronger nutrients is going to make the problem worse or not help. Also, if you are not supplementing microelements while using distilled water there's a good chance they could use a boost and a slight deficiency of one or more microelements is a good possibility (read Fox Farm's recommendations if using distilled or tap water w/ their products if you don't believe me personally).

Also, there's a possibility that the soil pH has changed over time. Checking just the pH of the nutrient mix when you feed doesn't cut it. You'll need to test the pH of the run-off to know anything about what is going on at the root zone.

BOOOM!!!!! The room trembles under the weight of this fantastic bit of advice.

Notice the tips of your new growth leaves. I can see the burn just starting to kick in. Give them 2 or 3 days from now without flushing and you're going to have more leaf curl and more necrotic leaves.

You can read the element listings on the bottles. FF is not OMRI, not organic, but organically derived. They include little to no calcium in their nutrient systems, instead relying on proper soil amending and loaded tap water. If the soil has not been amended and the water contains no calcium it should be no wonder that the nutrient chemistry is out of balance.
