Something of that size done entirely in oil I'd charge $350 (if it's not commissioned). If I did a mixed medial of oil and acrylic, then $275ish. By digital, do you mean photographs of fine art? Or actually creating pieces via a digital software? I don't know if it would be the same for me..?
