I've just recently heard about piercing plant stems. I can't for the life of me figure out who thought this would be a good idea and why. But if you're going to try it, let us know how it goes.

piercing the stems isnt as effective as supercropping but it is worth it if your dont have much space to grow and you have small plants. it helps the already established bud sites to retain more nutrients as there is no pathway to release the stored nutrients back into the medium therefore the only method of extraction being evaporation. this said the buds that are established must grow bigger to retain the water and nutrients fed to them. oh and btw i think unlucky is hot and i would be her hitler =P

do your research and you will see. there is science behind the method and it has been used for thousands of years. there are two pathways through a plants stem. on the outside there is a pathway up and in the middle there is a pathway down. this is the path that the plant uses to uptake/release its nutrients. if you put a roadblock in the pathway out of the plant and back into the soil the nutrients and water have no other way to be released from the plant, thus straining the plant and growing bigger buds that can hold the water until evaporation

+1. Unlucky is just a huge liar. For those that didn't know it, they do now.
I'm pretty sure she is a he. Unluckys name should have been "man hands". You guys ever see that pic he/she posted of him/her holding up the bud? Lol.
That pic in her avatar is not her either.
In fact pretty sure unlucky is a teenager or something. Last time I called her out, she went into a shit load of my threads and spammed them all.
I had to have a mod delete all her posts.

I'm sure she'll have something stupid to say to this post too.

Seems to me this thread spends way too much time worrying about who Unlucky is rather than it's intended purpose of discussing piercing plant stems for optimum buds. Who cares who's behind the screen? As long as the person isn't LEO, live and let live.
