Pink Hairs? (Pics)

some of my buds forming have a bit of pink forming within the hairs
is this normal?
if not what causes this?

im using 600w hps 120w led

First thing ya need to give more info for something like this , How long in flower ? Have you looked at your tricones yet ? I think the hairs turning colors is normal it is your girl maturing and growing up to be a full BLOWN WOMAN!!! Happy Farming !!!!

shes been in flower for 22.9 days by the way and is a white widow clone

Its probably genetic. What strain is this happening with? Dont be surprised if more of them start to do this as she gets closer to harvest no worries

Its a White widow
mates been growing with it for a long time so next time i see him i will ask if he has ever had it (got the clone off my mate)

Talked to my mate who has had this strain for years
He said he has had it happen once and his other mate who he swaps clones with (1 veg's while 1 flowers) has never had it
HIS pink haired plant took ages to get ready so he pulled it early

anyone know what could cause this??

or a link i can read about them at im only finding small bits here and there

Hey abecsta, thats interesting... About 4 yrs ago I had 10 clones (afghan kush), 8 i grew inside my greenhouse and 2 outside... the 8 inside matured faster and the hairs browned as the plants matured... The 2 outside had these pink hairs like yours and had way more leafy buds and took a few weeks longer to mature but I just pulled them early as couldnt be bothered waiting... So maybe it has something to do with colder temperatures causing the pistils to go pink? Just a thought.. :L
