Hey guys,

Im 2 1/2 weeks into flower and my buds are looking great towards the upper half of the plant.. The lower half pistils are starting to turn brown and look as if they are burnt..it happened pretty quickly too and ., even the small leaves on these buds are burnt curled and cursty (if i pinched the leaves they would crumble to dry pieces in my hand) the room is 75 degrees when the light is on and the ventilation is great. I add a cap and a half of fox farm big bloom fert every time i water which is everyother day.. the cap and a half is diluted into a half gallon of water. Am i overdoing that? If so please give me a better schedule.. the planting bucket im using is a 5 gallon. The plant is over 60 inches tall its riduculous so im not concerned with stunting or disease.. any input would be greatly appreciated

thank you:eyesmoke:

60 inches? wow. Most indoor plants are much shorter then that. well I can tell you its better to let the soil dry out between watering then to keep it damp.

You know, it may just be the lower buds don't get enough light.

Good luck.

Yeah! its so tall and buds are growing great at the top.. super dense and hairy. the plant grows 3 inches a day. I have already moved the light to the top of the ceiling and have had to start bending the plant bc its just reaching too high. its an all organic grow so hopefully i get some tasty green!

as for the lower buds not recieving enough light I concur. I just this morning propped the plant up about a foot closer to the light so hopefully i see some new growth on the lower stems. Ill try to get you a picture soon!
