Pistils arent starting white, genetics or a problem?

Yes outdoors. Only one I planted in the ground. Lavender sunflowers mint and peppermint also in same garden.

Populated area yes. Dont think anyone is growing tho. I have three other plants in pots near by but are beautiful and all white pistils

Considering I live in one of the most populated areas of the world doesn’t meet that. Maybe 20,000 live within a mile of me
