pistils unexpected, jump to flowering?

I've got 5 plants going, each 11 weeks along, each about 50 cm tall. I want them taller and fuller, so I have been keeping them in vegetative. Less than a week ago I noticed one was stickin out its pistils. Great that it's female! but I didn't want to go into flowering stage and risk stunting it's growth. At that point the pistils were long, fuzzy and white...today they seem to be shriveling and starting to change colour (amber). Should I switch up the lighting schedule for this girl right now? I want her to keep growing, but I don't want to miss the window either.

you can veg for as long as you please, what you are seeing are preflowers, she's just letting you know she is mature.
