pistils? ?

Do they first come out really really fine? ill post pics once they're big enough but im currently running 2 23watt cfl 2700k and 3 12.5 w led with a exhaust fan. It had 3 weeks of 24/0 and last night marked 2 weeks of 12/12 . Im basically just wondering if pistils come out kinda tiny and thin?

Yeah. They usually come out pretty small at first. Youll see the tips poke out. Then a day or 2 later youll see full blown pistils

As long as that little hair is white you have pistils.
