Mj dosent have shit or weak genetics it has extremely strong unchangable genetics that love diversity. This is part of its genetic long term survival strategy and why its looked the same for millions of years whilst in the same time giant trees with weaker genetics have evolved into lettuce and such.
One pistil identifies your plant as 100% female, the hermie gene is hardwired into all mj genetics, there are no herm free strains and this exspression is down to the growers skill.
Some strains will treat you better some worse, quit chasing new genetics and find them keepers
