Highly doubt this story. Don't know GA specifically, , but mDL/mID photos must be aamva compliant, and the sw will crop the photo to just below the chin. You could be buck naked getting head and all that will appear in your photo is your face. Don't ever accuse a dmv of not being boring.......No peach pics in Georgia...
