planning on flushing in a week or 2 does this seem about right?

Have 3 biggums 1 critical super silver haze 1 northern light x skunk and 1 unknown my friend gave me and I revegged. In 2 weeks will be the 6 week mark and the attitude said around 56 days for the 2 known plants 1st pic is the silver 2nd pic is the nl x skunk and 3rd pic is the unknown I've dubbed Frankenstein View attachment 220140116_165138.jpg20140114_171048.jpg have pics of whole plant if it helps. You're close but not quite there yet.


If I looked at those plants in my garden I would say around 3 weeks remaining.

However if you insist on "flushing" now, by harvest time your plants will have deficiencies during a time when more bulk is added.

All I will say is dont cut out nutrients too soon and deprive your plant of food at least not until you see alot more amber pistils.

Wasn't gonna start flushing till 2 weeks from now figured a week or 2 of str8 water with molasses and I'll be good does this seem about right since your saying 3 weeks

Listen up...
These things will happen to every MJ plant are still need to happen on your plant...
1- White hairs, your plant is still making fresh new hairs.... It will stop making white hairs...
Then
2- Those white hairs will then recede back into bud...
3-Then if you notice your calyxes they will swell up double sized...
4-This is when Harvest window opens....
It will stay open for 7-14 days....
Harvest when you want, like above said your plant will not be ready to harvest for 3+ weeks, or even 4...
Patience... you will be rewarded....

If you read between the lines I don't think Jondamon is advocating flushing.

I'm not advising you about flushing as its not something I ever do.


Personally my plants are not on a schedule. They're ready when they're ready. Most breeders flowering times are based on earliest possible harvest time.

Personally I prefer very near the end of the harvest window.

What do you mean by 'harvest window'?
The terminology implies that this opening will close...
If so, what comes after the window closes???

What do you prefer about the end of the window, rather than the start or middle?
Do the buds continue to gain size during this time
Or potency???

Or is it for another reason???

Towards the end of the harvest window you get a larger percentage of amber trichomes where the THC has degraded into CBN(I always get CBN and CBD confused) meaning its a more sedative effect.

Incase anybody isn't aware I like to get comatosed.

The window is the start of about 85+ milky Tric's...
I think for me the Harvest window closes when you have more than 5-10% Amber Tric's...
Amber degraded...at 10%
Clear [healthy plant always makes new clear Tric's] at 5%
milky/cloudy ...at 85%

For me any more than 10% amber is a waste of THC... and Time... waiting.......
