Plant Count?

I have a question regarding MMAR personal production.

What is considered a "Plant"? As for plant count.

Is this a plant in flower?

Is this a plant with roots?

Or is it a cutting in a growing medium? (with or without roots)

Or all of the above.

Im just wondering due to cloning more then i need to protect a steady flow of meds incase of worst happening, thanks.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. As long as you're legal. The most you could get in trouble for is a fine. It's like, 100$ every extra plant.


But, if you want to wussy out. seedlings, clones, flowered, vegged, girls, boys hermaphrodites... Their all plants

Anything not cut down for drying is considered a plant and added towards plant count. Germinated seeds also constitute plant count.
