Plant deficiency??

So my blue dream autos are about a month old and they've started to develop whitefish yellowish looking spots. Pictures will be at the bottom if anyone could tell me the problem.

I think I've figured it out. It could be insects because it's only on one of my plants. But if someone could confirm it that'd be great
 
Have you checked for bugs?

Edit: we posted at the same time, yeah check for bugs under the leaf, eggs, poop, might need a loupe to see.
 
Yes I thought that at first. Now after doing some research I'm pretty sure it's some kind of insect. Just ordered some neem oil.

Walmart has some good sprays, they might have neem oil straight up or a spray with it in it. If your not sure, google the bottle name with cannabis on the end, get your safe or not answers on the spot while you shop.
