plant deformities help help help

hi all ive done 5 grows before so i kinda know what im doing i got 13oz off from a 600w 0.9mx1.2 of a prevous crop but my last crop went funny and all the leaves only grew 3 fingers and ive just put a new lot in to flower and it seem like its doing the same. im vegging under a 125w cfl putting under a 600w hps full flower not dual spec bulb im growin in coco..... any help please

Yer kind of rambling.

yes sorry the issues is that when the leaves are like this the buds do not seem to join together and u get a lot less than i have been doing. is it somthing that i have done that has made it go like this or what, i just dont know what to do.. ive done 3 crops with this bulb 3x 9weeks 12/12 as only use for flower. the girl in the pic is about 18ich tall and church strain.

Did you have red petioles on your last successful grows?
