Plant dying after light burn?

This is my feminized euphoria, three days ago it was beautiful and vigorous, it was transplanted 5 days ago from now into his new & bigger pot.
Saturday night I went out with my GF to watch a movie, I was out my house for just 3 hours & a terrible accident happened to my cannabis.
I grow it outdoor and a few hours indoor, it was growing very fast. It takes sun from 6:00 to 20:00 hrs, after that I give it 4 more hours of light in my indoor with a 250 W Haluro at a distance of 30 cms from the source.
But saturday I was late for the date and decided to leave my cannabis outside, but my dad tried to do "something good" for my cannabis and he took it into the indoor, but he put it directly under the 250w Haluro, like 3cms from the bulb. After I came back at 23:30 it was burned at the top of the cannabis really bad. I found some brownish spots un the middle and lower leaves in that moment.
Today, 2 days after that almost all new leaves are turning brown, with brown spots appearing in almost all new leaves and in some old ones too.
I don't know if it is because the transplant or maybe its because the burning or maybe because it was burned just 5 days after being transplanted and it is getting really stressed because both things...
I really need some help, my plant is dying and I don't know what to do... There are some leaves which seems to be really healthy but almost 3/4 of the plant is getting worse.
I water my plant with 3ml of bio grow per lt. , like 3 times a week when she asks for water. the soil is bio bizz light mix. and it is in vegetative state.
Please HELP!

It will keep growing. It's just shocked, and will take some time to recover (never fully). Maybe more chance to hermie when it flowers.

THIS: standard nute burn with some adventures in between

no more nutes for about ...until you see a positive improvement

Right Now...! I'd be flushing mad ....to my blog on the flush:

Bummer. Looks more like transplant shock mixed with extreme pH problems for being that short term, if you trust your dad's "intentions".

By transplant, do you mean, pot to pot or ground to pot? You might have broken tap roots.

Pot to bigger pot, sorry for the delay. forgot to add that I used ALL mix as new soil for the transplant.
