since most people "i know" are useing SCOTTS POTING SOIL

what is the Best plant feed for this kind of soil?

if you dont thing the guy befor you is wright then argue the fact that he is wroung and say what is better and why ....

soluble seaweed extract is the best of the best allround fertilizer you can use it from seedlings too budding and its like medicine for your plants. #1

its got 60 trace elements and minerals, so when your plants stressed its getting the nutes it needs. and you can foilar feed with it.
