Plant folding over sativa FIRST GROW

Hey guys whats going on im having a issue with my sativa I originally had a problem with nutrient burn but it seemed to recover from that. But now im 3 weeks into flowering and it seemed to be doing fine but i woke up this morning to find
out that it had folded completely over :-( so i staked it up temporary until i can get a permanent solution but i was wondering why it was doing this and if its going to be ok if anyone with some knowledge can let me know whats going on that would be awesome.

And one other issue that concerns me is why my plants never really filled out im thinking about low stress training next run to get bushier plants but this is my first time so something is better then nothing lol.

try putting light closer to them but not as much so you wont burn the leafs

more light = smaller but bushyer
less light = growing tall

More wind especially when little, super crop it, bend it back and forth. .strengthens the stem to grow thick and happy...

Yea wind(fan) is a great way to build stem strength, some sativas are gonna fall either way as they put on weight tho, can get bamboo sticks at ur hydro store to tie them up, or can use string to tie the buds up, i usually tie falling buds to my reflector

Stake it up, most true strain sativas are notorious for weak, thin stems. It's a pretty normal occurrence especially late flower when it finally puts on some weight.
