Plant getting too tall

what can i do to keep my plant short, its in a pot not too big but what can i do?

lst topping lots of things but why keep it small if it's goin outside?

pinching & twisting(supercropping), then cracking the cambium, to bend it over. then just run it horizontal or go bonsai. all the little buds will assume delusions of grandeur as they all become conviced that THEY are the kona bud.an example would be my 'avatar' sgt.kahneohe. i'm not doing it to 'hide it on the balcony'...it just flat outproduces vertical growth hands down! I don't top 'em anymore.
