Plant growing weird

I have a bag seed plant growing outdoors in soil in SoCal, it is a good 6-8 weeks old and is generally doing well. But it is growing weirdly, it looks like it is budding, but it is way too soon. The weirder part is that it is doing this on some branches but jot others.

I don’t understand. The last pictures show the branch that looks normal and and one next to it that looks like it has buds forming or something else odd happening.

anyone know what might be going on?

I made the same mistake transplanting a bit early outdoors on more than a few of my ladies and they dropped flower but now are vegging out and what seems pretty well giving the time of year. Your photos look the same.
 
The confusing part is that it is outdoors in spring - so it shouldn’t be flowering at all, how do I reveg when I’m not controlling the light cycle? Then the other confusing part is that there are a couple of branches on the same plant that are not displaying the same growth pattern and look just like normal vegging weed.

I did put them out pretty early. Like just after temps started staying above 50 overnight.

issa reveg it looks like. i have a mean re veg going on one of my big Detroit energy from ethos. everything from ethos i popped outside revegged for whatever reason
