Plant has Yellow spots and tips are turning brown, HELLLPP!!!

Hey everyone I have 1ft talll plant already almost 4 weeks into flowering and i notice yellow spotting on the leaves and the tips are beginning to turn brown, also the plant is drooping more and more. I figured maybe i overwatered so i waited but saw no improvement, so i fed some standard nutes and still nothing yet. Plants already full of white pistils (also new red pistils) worried it might not make it to full budding.
Using CFL and a standard Energy Smart bulb(900lumens).

Are some of your leaves starting to curl under?

If the spotting is like little pin pricks of yellow all over certain leaves, it sounds like spider mites.

Lady Bugs or Pyrethrum fog bomb. Not sure about Pyrethrum affect on bud taste that far in though, anyone have experience with that?

iv hear neem oil and garlic works great for mites
