Hi Guys, I'm new on the forum and an amateur at growing. I have a couple plants but some are doing strange things like, flowering really small, leaves turning yellow, leaves are thin and light green in color. I've attached pics of the small one and the one with thinning leaves.

What do you think is going on and how to remedy it?

I am also new to this, but looks like you didn’t give enough time to your plant to develop at vegetation. Looks like it’s not getting enough light. If you want your plant to grow more you should reveg it, giving it at least 18 hours of light for a month or as much you want your plant to grow. You should bend your plants to allow more lighting on the bottom buds and leaf. Nutrition and soil is crucial as well
