How tall should a plant be when you allow it to flower?

at least 2 feet under the highest setting on your lights, (for flourocents).. takes about 2 weeks to switch from veg to bud so it will grow. The bud will reach farther after this. I am not sure of extra clearance you would need for hotter bulbs.

Plant doubles or triples in size so measure ur plant and room
