Plant Height

Hi! just wanted to know at what height should i flower them...

My setup is:
120x120x150cm Grow tent
Radiant 6'' + 600watt
6'' Fan connected to a potentiometer
x9 Critical Mass in 8L Coco

The past grow ive got some problems cause the plants get over the reflector and some of them were burned.. others didnt yield that much.. I let them grow till they reached 25cm (Remeber my tent its 150cm tall)
I was thinking on give them this new grow something like 15 cm nd do something like scrog or something similar...
What are ure opinions people?

I think the SCRoG method would work well for you.

but... how tall will you grow the plants before switching them to flower?

Depends on your strain, indica plants can grow 1.5x to 2x in height but sativas can easily grow 2x or 3x in height. so if you know what strain you have use that to decide when you want to flip.

You can also force those into flower before they're half that height. As plants can either double or triple in height during flower. Known as the stretch.
