plant hight question

I have swiched to 12/12 its been about 1 and a half and she seams to be getting taller, I know there supossed to get taller but would raiseing the light make them even taller?

well plants tend to double(indica) even triple(sativa) in size or more when you flower them it all depends on the strain how much .. so you have to move the light up , but keep it close at the same time

If i was to top, or tie it down would it be bad? Since it is in flowering.

if you have to do one or the other .. bend it gently and tie it loosely .. try not to top a flowering plant .. stress is a bad thing ..

you can top at the start of flowering, but you really should do it during veg. Tieing down is the better option in my opinion. Just be careful not to pull her to far and snap her in half.

Also,....it's not such a good thing to raise your light during flowering, unless you are using a big light, running really close, like a 1000 HPS at 10". You could get away with it then, but it most cases, you'd be sacrificing quality and yield, backing the lights off.

Look into bending them off to the side and tying them down, if they get too tall, too. That's pretty much the best option, for controlling heigth, during flowering, if they get too tall. How long since you flipped to 12/12?
