Plant in 4th month and showing no sex

I have a new purple power plant that was sow in early may its a nice size and looks ok but is not flowering and not showing any sings of being male or female it may have had the small hirs earl on and ive missed them but cant see any now this is my first grow and growing out side in the uk a mate of mine thinks i may be being to nice to it and over feeding as im feeding it twice a week started with a nitrogen feed moving over to a potash feed he thinks its just sitting there not having to work for it

Lay off the nitrogen totally. If using cal mag like you should it has nitrogen in it.

Daylight hours were 5.40am to 8.40pm, i know not the strain or wether its flowering time in the UK, tyke has a thread with outdoor uk plants in this forum at the moment if you troll him to shed more info :-)
