Plant in need of some serious attention, just don't know what it is.

OK, So i have this Bruce Banner photo period plant i'm trying to keep in veg. She isn't looking to good so i'm putting it out there for any ideas. I'll give you the background on this plant which has been to hell and back again. It came from a clone which was outside and was being shaded out be other larger ones so it was mid July and it was only 6" tall so we brought it inside the tent. Anyway, it looked pretty sick, we nursed it back to health and it got nice and big (there's a picture below), i performed LST on her and then we decide to top her, shortly after that she got spider mites which obviously came from the soil that we brought in from outside. We cured her of that and then she's looked sick ever since. i thought it was nutrient burn so i flushed it down so the PPM to around 280PPM on the drainage. Anyway, growing in Promix HP, it's in a 2 gal pot. I'm using Green Planet Medi One nutrients. Not sure what to do here, was thinking of transplanting into a larger pot 3 gal. and trimming the root ball as well. Any other ideas would be appreciated.IMG-0109.jpg

She used to look like this before she got sick.

Probably hungry and PH problems; probably best bet would be drenching her in 50% nutrient solution at 5.9-6.3 ph and have alot of run off and wait til she bounces back, 280ppm is too low; for a plant like that looks like she needs 800-1200ppm
