My plant is 12 days into flower pistils are getting longer now still pretty short was wondering if I could still clone them?

No. Cutting a clone now is not a good idea. You should always take clones from vegging plants and keep them under the same light cycle as the mother plant was under. Taking a clone and changing the light schedule of it will pretty much guarantee your failure due to over-stressing the clone. This is before we get into the monster cropping you would be doing by re-vegging the plant. Just plan ahead for the next time. When you top your plants, clone them.

yes you can.i do it all the time.take the cuttings from the lower part of the plant if you can,but from any part of the part will be fine.
