plant is bending?

hello,today i noticed that one of my leafs has been rotten and one of my plants is realy bending down
i am not sure what caused this so im asking you guys
and if i am doing anything wrong please tell me tips are always welcome :D

My guess is they are growing towards the light. Are they indoor or out? If indoor put a light more directly on it.

Yes they are stretching, one way around this is to repot in larger pots and when you do bury her right down to one half inch below the lowest leaf, the larger pot will make her concentrate on root growth, the stalk will get larger and when she gets her roots to the outer most ends of the side of the pot she will then grow vertical, since she will have a larger stalk she will not bend.


Happens a lot with outside grows.

It is pretty wild for being untrained, but you can do some amazing things with LST so I wouldn't worry. If your worried take a stake of some sort and tie it up to straighten it. And try to get it some more direct light.

okay,thanks for the info
i heard about LST but i never put some in my plant because i dont know how it works :s
if you recommend it i will do some research and put some in the soil

LST is a technique where you tie the top down then around the lip of your pot give even light to all your side shoots which are now all tops. It's used to increase yield.

ooh i was thinking a whole different thing :D
but thanks anyways i think i will not need that for the outdoor plants
