Plant is dying after 2 weeks (X haze from seed) w/pics

This plant was doing great until about a week ago and then it started wilting and then fell over. the stem gets real thin as it goes under ground. Now I cant get my new $60.00 feminized NL seeds to sprout after they germinate, already lost two and I'm afraid to start anymore. Is it mold, kinda looks like mold in the pot, or is there something wrong with my grow cab.

Your Plant looks salvageable to me, Ive brought worse looking ones back to life. Your plant looks like its dry and wilted, what are the temps in the cab when doors are closed and lights have been on a few hours? CFL lights don't put out alot of heat, but the base ( Ballast) does, your setup reflects all the heat down, you don't need reflectors with CFL, they don't have much penetrating power to begin with.

How often have you been watering? What kind of soil are you using? Use any nutrients?

I think it is salvagable too, it does get pretty hot in there but I had major trouble getting my first set of sprouts going that are now flowering. I started those under the 1000w hps and then built this cfl cab for vegging. I had problems with PH, really high temps and terrible cheap soil and they came back from looking worse than this. The temp in there is just above 85.

There in miracle grow soil ( I know its not a good choice) with no nutes and being watered once a day.

The reflector hood is a peice of crap and actually looks a lot better in the pictures i was thinking of getting rid of it and getting some of those Y sockets

Ok once a day watering is probably too much, they will wilt if overwatered. transplant into a larger (3gal) pot and give it one good watering, then don't water it at all until the pot is almost completely dry. Instead of MG soil, try to get just plain ole top soil, its even cheaper and works better than MG soil.

I too would say over watering. MG soil has time release nutes in it already. The more you water the more nutes it gets, which is a double wammy because: One you dont want the soil to be too wet all the time and 2, you dont want alot of nutes that early in its growth. Water it less and then transplant. Also if you let the soil dry out (not too dry) then the roots search for moisture and thus grow faster!

Your soil def has some fungus on it transplant it soon and adjust watering schedual the stem looks like it has some on it also some one else anyone but me see it? they sell funguside (can't spell) till she can fend for herself againbongsmilie
