Plant is flowering slow

I have three plants that I flipped the lights on three weeks ago. They were vegged for 2 weeks. Two of the girls gave up their goodies 10 days ago and the other on gave up the goods a week ago. The last one to give up her sexy has only produced 10-15 flowers. I've checked for light leaks and there isn't any. The plant is an Afghani. Any suggestions? Here are pics of the pink champagne x grandpa's breath and the afghani.

Looks fine to me, some strains can take a little longer. Just keep doing what your doing, no need to change anything. Looking good bro.

I "hear" the same thing Hessam hears!

Drop the lights on time to 11/13 and they should pickup a tad too.
