Plant is getting too big/heavy Tips over

I have a plant that is getting really big its about 1 week into Flowering. I woke up today checked on my plant and it was literally tipped over (this has happend before with this plant)

It still looks healthy but i dont know how to prevent from this happening?!?!

Should i stick in a stick and tie it too the plant?

If i do this my biggest concern is hurting the roots.

Please help guys!!!

Put screws into the side of the grow area and tie with garden twine.if the plant is getting a little too big tie it up and then squeeze the top has low has you want squeeze realy hard then roll in your finger then the top will fold over put a tie wrap around the bend and leave.the plant will start growing back up the side of it's self.i had the same problem with arjon ultra haze#1 it is a little daunting if you havent done it b4 but it works [supercropping].

ye i would use a bamboo stick and tie it make sure you support it because if it gets to bud heavy it can snap its happened to me before
if you tie the branches with the bud down the bud will grow upwards and not cause it to snap ive done it before worked a treat
