I must have been some type of genius to type in "marijuana plant" 20 years ago and do five minutes of reading about the plant I was about to smoke lol.

Imagine someone growing tomatoes and asking what the tomato is and whether it's a problem lol.....it's just strange. People should really do one minute of research before planting a seed just to save themselves this ridiculous anxiety that goes around here. Constantly stressing 24/7 about what is going to happen next because they have no idea about the basic anatomy and life cycle of a plant you chose to grow.

It's just bizarre to see someone who I assume smokes weed, and has a whole internet of resources ask what the buds are on his female marijuana plant. This place makes me feel better and better about my limited knowledge on a daily basis.

I feel experience is the best learning tool. You could learn brain surgery from a book or the internet, but I wouldn't let you operate on me.

Just a guess Kmundine, plant was indoors under 18/6 light schedule and you put it outside in mid-May? Just ride it out, looks healthy enough.

Actually they've been outside the whole time. I did buy a green house few weeks ago and they been in there but I keep getting bad storms and the wind blows the green house away and keeps knocking them over. But the light schedule is pretty much the 18/6.

I'm not having anxiety or stressing over this one bit. It was just out of curiosity and I wanted to see if I could grow some. Found a seed and planted it. I've look up stuff and did research but not everything tells you what you're trying to find out.... what's bizarre is that someone would take the time of their day to tell someone how bizarre it is that they didn't research before hand and not even leave any advice or tips on what the post is actually about..... If you're not gonna be helpful then please stop posting stupid shit like what you commented. I've always been the type of person who wants to hear from real-life people and their experiences.. not what I read on the internet google search. That's why I posted... not that I needed to explain to you anyways.

Those structures are called calyxes. They are essentially the cannabis ovum. If pollinated a seed will form there. If not pollinated they usually contain resin in the organized flowering heads (buds), not so much on the stems. I hope that helps.

Not knowing the seeds genetics its hard to say why it started flowering too early but there’s still months ahead to see how it comes out. Buds don’t bulk up til right before harvest.

Do you have the right tools needed to secure your greenhouse to the ground? Ties and spikes, and or multiple 5gal water jugs at least? Keeping as much consistency as you for the plants helps.
