Some are yellowed because I flushed and didn't reaply nutes. I run a VPD of 1.2 but thats out the window because they're overwatered. Which is causing my deficiencies. Just need help with this one because its not recovering.

It is super light, just hesitant to give it more water because of its condition. I think I'll follow holla's advice and keep it dry for a while and see how it does

You don't want it to be completely dry for to long as it will damage the roots and healthy roots are very important. You want it to dry out so it feels like polystyrene like I said but then this is when you want to water it you don't want to keep it like that for days as that becomes underwatering and leads to an unhealthy plant
Indeed but it seems to just have dried out today checked the rootball and new roots are still growing despite it looking dry
Have you lifted the pot and looked at the holes on the bottom, you should be able to see if the soil is dry or damp if it's dry water it.
A pH of 6 is good for coco or soilless mixes. When growing in soil, pH should be between 6.5 - 7.0.
