Plant issues. Need opinions.

I want to apologize first hand if this is an easy answer but I don't have Internet in my new house and none of the plant deficiency pics are loading on my phone.




Theyre two weeks old. In FFOF. The pH has been a bit high since last watering so I recently rewatered with pH 6-7 (hard to tell with the damn liquid solution).

They do not look deficient to me,
I'm thinking they are over fertilized.

I'm looking through grow book, the only pictures of deficiencies that resemble this are:
Zinc deficiency, and Magnesium deficiency.

Although with Zinc, the illustration shows pale yellowing and interveinal chlorosis,
and Magnesium is more deficient with lower ph levels..

If it is either a toxicity or deficiency, the procedure would be to flush, and retreat with a mild solution of nutrients, also lower the ph.

Is there anything I can do? I'd it going to stunt growth?

If its a deficiency you would see yellowing in the top leaves (new growth).
Also look for purple stems and interveinal chlorosis.

Since this plant has perfectly green stems, no yellowing in the new growth (in fact there are ridges in the new growth, which means a salt build up,
and the leaves are curling from heat stress).

Flush this plant a little more is what i am saying.

I would continue with a side note that since your temps are higher, your plant will be transpiring at a faster rate, especially when your soil heats up.
Therefor your plant would be sucking up more nutes, it needs a more diluted solution so it doesnt burn itself when its transpiration rates are higher.

So my suggestion would be to water when the temps are high.

Simply a light flush until the new growth at the top of the plant isnt as rigid.
The rigidness means salt build up, coupled with heat stress.

the burned leaf edges + the crinkly leaf both look like nute burn to me. i have had ffof work great for a whole grow, but have also had it burn the crap out of young plants. i would prob flush and wait a couple weeks before adding any fert.

There is reddening of the stems on some of the nodes as well. It's not evident in that picture. It looks like a red stripe down a green stem.

the higher ph will block some of the nutrients even though u have a strong enough solution.

FFOF is famous to burn small plants. I like them for bigger plants and straight organic. You can just wait it out and she will adjust or flush them.

I've always been told not to use FFOF from the start because of this but honestly this is the first time I've had issues since I started using about 4 runs ago. Maybe this strain is more sensitive than the others I've grown.

Thanks for the reply. Seems to be the consensus. This is actually my first time dealing with nute burn, so I just chalked it up to deficiency. Especially since I can't see any damn pictures on my phone.
