Please tell me what is wrong, usually around 25 degree celsius. 50-60% humidity, my fan has been blowing on it possibly too strong. let me know if you require other information

I am using nutri plus croissance 5-0-2. I use 1tbsp per 2gal of water and i spread that amongst 4 plants

2gals between 4 plants? Im guessing you're not getting adequate runoff. May have a build up of salt..

i am using 5 gal pails, i drilled lots of holes in the bottom. No water ever drips through. Am i using too much water? I usually wait 2-3 days before each watering or until the soil is dry

Need more volume of water so you always get runoff, if your not getting run off the nutes will build up at bottom of pot and burn the plant from salt build up, looks like beginning of nute burn

Not using enough water.. not sure what medium you're using. I use coco and each of my girls get a gal a piece, sometimes 2 gal. Im using 5gal cloth pots. You should water each one enough to get 15-20% runoff, that way salts don't build up in your root zone and raise your ec. Leave alone until top few inches are dry

I’d reduce nutes by half and give them a good watering until you get plenty of run off

Isn't that a 2 part grow nutrient? Part A and Part B? Part B is 1-5-8. You really should be using both as some nutrients are in part A and some in Part B. They are meant to be used together. If you look at Part A 5-0-2 there is no phosphorus and without looking at the label I can't say what else is missing. P is an important macro element that is not just used by the plant during flower but also plays an important role in plant development during the vegetative stage.
If you don't have part B then you should get it. Having said that you do need to reduce the nutrient strength of your feed. I don't know what kind of soil you're growing in or what's in it but those plants are not that big for 5 gallon containers and you likely didn't even need to start feeding yet. Their feed chart might say to start feeding at week 1 but many of those charts are based on soil less growing. If you start feeding at week 1 when growing in a rich soil you end up overfeeding.

oh wow im only using part A, i thought part B was for flowering. I feel dumb now.

I re watered until i had good water Run off, i also added in a small bit of the part b nutes, about 1/4 of recommended strength. I will let you know if i see any changes.
